After an initial consultation call to discuss your project and goals, we’ll schedule a visit to our 14,000 square foot showroom and warehouse facility where you can browse through full size display units of windows and doors and make selections. Once we’ve received your signed proposal with the required deposit, we’ll schedule a formal order review and site visit (if required).
When it’s time for installation, we provide deliveries that meet your build timeline in quantities that you can safely accommodate. We are able to offer courtesy warehousing for up to 45 days and provide temporary hardware until the project’s completion to preserve quality.
In our experience, most operational issues with a complex door derive from a poor quality installation. Our service technicians are installation masters who take great pride in “spot on” installs that operate beautifully for years to come. We can assist with complex field mulls to align with manufacturer designs.
Our post installation inspections provide information needed to ensure every unit is plumb, level, square, and operable before final finishes are introduced, to minimize expensive resetting of units that would damage or delay other trades work. Professional adjustments and repairs can be made upon request ensure the highest operating quality and “fresh from the factory” aesthetics.
You can expect the same white-glove service for any issues that may arise after the construction phase has completed.
